Hi, I’m Fahim Reza.
I was born in Gomnati, Domar, Nilphamari (north Bangladesh). After my SSC in 2007, I moved to Dhaka to pursue higher education.
In January 2009, I bought my first PC and got internet for the first time—120kbps in Mirpur Tolarbag. I spent hours reading Bangla tech communities like Techtunes and Somewherein Blog. Later, I started writing tech posts on Techtunes, and that’s how I found WordPress.
I started freelancing in 2012. In 2016, I co-founded SpurBee, but we closed it in 2018. After that, I started BitBerry, a custom app dev company. It ran for about 10 months, then I shut it down and went back to freelancing in 2019–2020.
In 2021, I began building free WordPress plugins. Our first commercial plugin worked really well, so we started PlugPress, my WordPress plugin company.
Now I’m focused on building simple, customer-first tools.
